getting hens to start laying again

About a month ago we put the new pullets in with the 4 laying hens that were faithfully giving us 4 eggs a day.  Even though the hens and pullets were introduced through a wire fence for a month before we put them all together as soon as they were in the same coop with no wire between them the 4 one year olds all stopped laying.  After a month I am only getting an egg every other day or so.  Is there any thing I can do to encourage them to get back to their job of supplying us with eggs until the new ones start?

Busy with a multicrop farm, a family of 6, a dog, cats, a horse and our new hens.

Look at the birds of the air; they do not sow or reap or store away in barns, and yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not much more valuable than they?   Matthew 6:26

Feed then higher protein feed and if possible put a light in the coop and leave it on from bedtime to midnight. Hope this helps!
