Candled my Welsh Harlequin eggs on day nine and noticed three of the eggs had some odd development. They've got these clear pocket/culdesac type things where normally there is development. Otherwise, they're normal -- nice squirmy big-eyed babies!
All the other eggs are fine, except for one blood ring I threw out.

Could it be a humidity thing? I normally don't start spraying until day ten (yesterday) but it's been hotter these last few days. The tray at the bottom of the bator is full.

Has anybody else had this and could you tell me how it went?

These aren't great pics but I think you can tell what I'm talking about. Can't really see the veining either, but I promise it's there! :p

I've never seen anything like that in my 5 years of incubating eggs I don't know. I would agree with AvianEgo

I ask because it looks awful similar to my saxony eggs i had shipped. The air cells were BAD. I was worried they would run out of room to grow, but 5 made it to lock down and 3 hatched

Nope, just out of my own duckies. :/
I really can't think of anything I did differently with these eggs, especially since it's only three out of the dozen. Turner's working, shouldn't be hotspots because they're spread out...I really don't know what's going on.
I'll keep an eye on these ones and let you guys know how they do! Thanks for the advice!

Hi.I found a website, it has sketches of how eggs are supposed to look. I thought that yours look kind of similar to they're day 9. -> http://www.eggincubator.biz/Embryonic-Development-Process.html Keep us posted.
