So I already described her symptoms in this thread below, but after posting, I went back outside and found two clear puddles with a tiny bit of feed in them and almost assumed someone threw up water and feed, then I watched my EE poop something identical, with slightly more feed in it, but it was into mulch, and couldnt get a good picture. Here is the previous symptom post

https://www.backyardchickens.com/t/795436/ee-feathers-all-over-the-place-and-runny-inconsistent-poop

and this is what I found when I went back outside..

No idea who made this one, but it was a good bit older and crusted over, the top, browinsh red part was pretty crusty, only noticed because of the flies swarming.

Thanks for any help you can provide!

Have you seem any traces of blood in the poop? Sometimes they can have really watery poops when they get to hot. They drink alot more water and when it passes through them there poop looks like water. They could also have coccidiosis. It can cause diahrea. They can also act lethargic and have puffed up feather. If you suspect this treat them with Corid. I would treat her for cocci,it can kill chicks very fast. You need to get Corid(amprol) treat all chicks. Dosage is Corid powder - 1/2 tsp per gallon of water, Corid liquid - 2 tsp per gallon of water. Treat for 5 days,do not give vitamins during treatment. Give vitamins after treatment is complete.

I have been suspecting cocci, but not a single trace of blood in any poo i can find (and i have found lots). I also read about watery/runny poo in the heat, and have seen what it does to them about two weeks ago when it got into the high 90s, browinish green, but liquified. This, however, has started during cooler weather (70s instead of 90s), and neither of the other two have poop anywhere near this clear or runny. I mean, seriously, it looks like water with a few pieces of undigested feed in it! would not have believed it was poo if i hadnt seen it come out of her ***! Any other thoughts? Thanks!

Just to be safe I would do ahead and treat them for cocci. It won't hurt them if they don't have it. But if they do have it and you don't treat them it could be deadly. They don't necasarily have to have blood present to have it.

Thanks for your response! Although she has been acting normal, seeing poop that abnormal come out of her has been stressing me out! Ill pick up some corid today (need it for the first aid kit anyway). My only concern now, is that sunday will have been 10 days since treating them with wazine, and I was planning on giving them ivermectin to complete the deworming regimine, but if i need to start treating with corid today, monday will be the last day of treatment. Would adminstering ivermecting while they are getting corrid be too much for them? I am guessing so. Delay ivermectin and go with corrid since cocci seems much more harmful than worms? Thanks!

One of our pullets had almost identical poos and we did a round of fenbendazole and saw improvement after a day and normal poos within 3 days. We also noticed that her crop was almost completely empty when she had the watery poos. Could possibly be worms that wazine doesn't kill.

There is an article that dawg53 keeps posting on how ineffective ivermectin is for controlling intestinal worms in poultry. If they were mine, I would de-worm them with Fenbendazole 10% (Safegaurd or Panacur, liquid or paste).
