Proud to be in the commonwealth also!!!!!! I am a newbie on the Northern Neck.

Proud mom of 3 RIR, 4 Barred Rocks, 4 Red-Stars and 18 Golden buffs, 3 Debeaked-Rescued Red-Sex Linked Girls, 11 Blacks Stars, 1 Golden Phoenix Rooster, 1 RIR Rooster, and 1 White Cochin that I call Muffin and of course my 2 Boys!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hey Mudhen!  Just wanted to let you know that those 3 barred rock  biddies are doing great and are feathering out.  They're in that awkward teenage-looking phase.  It's funny, but one of them doesn't want to seem to sprout a tail!

I am in Berryville, VA (between Loudoun County and Winchester).  Not far from Charlestown and Harpers Ferry, WV.
I drive by Hamilton everyday going to work.

My little flock will be moving outdoors in the next few days, the new and improved coop is almost ready for them!

By the way, its so nice to see so many BYC members so close!
