On the bottle it says to avoid using the product on live animals but many on here recommend it for chickens. Can it be used on a cat that has a couple (literally) fleas (outdoor cat but we still take care of her - food, water, shelter, etc. because she is a sweet cat)?
 
DE in my experience doesn't work worth a darn. just saying..
Anyways, you could kill her with the 7Dust. It is extremely toxic and i wouldn't recommend it.

Instead try rubbing some tea tree oil on her. bugs hate the smell (And so do I!! lol). Also with a couple fleas it wouldn't be a detriment to her health. You should just pick them off every day unless it gets out of control which when I would do something a bit more natural and healthy for the cat.
