I have four RIR chickens and have three of them laying. They are all 7 months old, and I am wondering if this one is a rooster. Please help!
I can upload more pictures if you need them. She/He makes loud noises sometimes.

A profile shot would help. The comb is upright for a RIR hen, but not enlarged like a cockerel. I also can not make out pointy hackle feathers. I lean towards a pullet based on that picture.

open the wing. if even they are hen if not rooster. can you get me a wing pic
This is not true..

At this age you will see distinct feathering between a pullet and a cockerel.

Though with really good layers you can see a comb that large. If it is 7 months old, I would doubt it is a boy. You'd hear crowing by now and see many mating attempts on top of the very obvious difference in feathering. See picture above. Does not matter what breed the rooster is, unless he is henny feathered (almost certainly not), he will fit into the above generalization.

All of my RIR girls have huge combs, some so big they hang over to the side. If it was a rooster it would be showing more green around the hackles by now not to mention the obvious rooster tail.

I am voting hen on this one and judging by the size and her looks she might be ready for laying. Enjoy!

I'm also confused on mine. It is about 4 months old now and all along I had a feeling it was a rooster. I posted pictures of it a couple months ago and everyone though it was a hen. Today my brother saw a picture of it and said it was a rooster. I'm very confused. In the last couple weeks it's comb has gotten really red. It does the bock, bock, bu bock, that I've seen on Youtube that is the egg song, and it has started doing the submissive crouching. But the feathers along it's neck are pointy and I think it just looks different from my other chicken who I'm sure is a girl. I have not heard any crowing yet, and I don't see any spurs of yet (just the little bump they have both always had). Regardless it just looks different than the one I know is a girl. Am I just being paranoid?

If I go by your previous thread you started about her, she is 19 weeks old. She is getting ready to lay. I do not think you have a rooster.

This is a five month old Red rooster. (not very good breeding, more akin to hatchery stock) Notice the green tail feathers, and the nice saddle blanket of slick feather cascading down in front of his tail. Also notice he's head and shoulders taller than the pullets of the same age.

Here's a much better bred, true to standard RIR cockerel Notice the same cockerel features.

Here is a pullet tail.

Not curved or long green. Blunt tail feathers in the tent. Not something a cockerel has.
