Stolen Eggs

Thread Starter

I have 2 silkie hens and one rooster so I want chicks but other animals keep stealing their eggs. What do I do to stop this from happening?

Keep the "other animals" away from your chickens. roll.png

I’m movin on, I’m gonna let go
I’ve learned what we hold against someone else
Will only wind up hurting ourselves

Forgiveness!
There’s healing in your wings
Your peace it let’s me breathe
Forgiveness!
You’re the reason why I live
I’m worth only what I give

Greetings from Kansas, silkiechickens4, and welcome-byc.gif!  Great to have you here!  I agree with OldGuy43...secure the coop!  Good luck to you!

Welcome to BYC! You need to secure the coop and run with hardware cloth, which is strong mesh wire. Good luck to you. http://www.backyardchickens.com/atype/2/Coop_Designs
