What breed are these two?

Hello,
I thought that these two were old English game bantams, but as I have arrived at our county fair, I now see that they are not.

Would anyone happen to know what these guys might be? Thanks!!!

Chickens:  3 Japanese, 2 Dutch, 2 Milli D'Uccle, 3 Anconas, 3 Minorcas, 5 Ameraucanas, 1 black laced polish " Elvis".
Ducks: 7 Rouens, 4 Mallards, 2 Magpie, 3 Pekins, 3 Snowy Mallards, 3 khaki Campbells, and 2 wood ducks, 11 mom-hatched ducklings!
It all started 4 years ago with 5 ducks...

wow, look at those saddle feathers! Your Rooster might be a young bantam white Pheonix, they have them at Cackle Hatchery.

Just GUESSING because I don't know much about fancy breeds or bantams, but if you Google white phoenix rooster , there are some pics that look very similar to him.

Your hens could possibly be golden Phoenix bantams.

Look lots like a white Phoenix roo and gold duckwing Phoenix hen
Had chickens for 8 years now and am now breeding pure frizzles. Proud owner of 27 chickens two Roos and their 25 wives. They live an hours drive away, on my granny's farm. My cousins farm is chicken heaven and they're all free!

I would agree on the phoenix, a friend just gave me some 10 weeks old bantam males and the white ones look pretty much like your boy.

The roo looks like a White Phoenix bantam, and the hen looks like a Golden Duckwing Phoenix bantam
