you are going to have to remove the bullet, if it is still lodged in him. Once bullet has been removed, clean and examine wound. How big is wound, and has the wing been broken?

Where do you live (in the country?). Maybe call an emergency vet if the roo is alive.

Look for it,and can your rooster walk, meaning has the bullet severed any nerves or his scapula(back)and have his lungs been damaged(is he breathing ok)

he can move but his breathing isn't good I'm trying to look for the pullet.

Is he bleeding profusely? Breathing isn't good because bullet has hit a lung or because of shock(he will be in shock)
