Two quick questions:

1) What is a "Super Blue"? Is it a kind of EE?
2.) Could I order 6 of one breed and 6 of another (say, SBs and Olive Eggers)?

Yes - Super Blues are a specific cross so you can get a Daily layer of L-XL blue eggs :) Yes you can mix and match - many are doing so :)
