Rhode Island Red vs. New Hampshire Red

SO SORRY I didnt mean to be rude but your roos pics are a bit dark for my eyes , buti have a pure bred NHR who looks to be a bit lighter in color, i will look for a few pics of him, so here he is my big bad ch icky boy a 2.5 year old NHR roo

my NHR roo is mean as all get out & is never out of his large back yard enclosure since he attacked my husband & our farm hands several times , he wont try to attack me but will try and kill any one else so he is in for life, sad but true & i would never use him for breeding even thou i have NHR hens, i believe the NHR are the best large egg layers. take care all

i agree its true the NHR lay some great big eggs in fact jumbo eggs & my 2.5 year old NHR hens lay the biggest eggs out of all my hens of similar age

nice birds quite & easy going , BUT my NHR roo was soooo very bad, & he is locked up for life since he started attacking people at 18 months old.
