Farm tractor accident

I have been away from BYC for quite awhile now. I'm not sure why I came here today but your post was the first I saw. I have read every update....every comment. There is a knot in my stomach as I think of what you are going through. I wish I had a magic wand that could undo what has happened or at the very least, words that would take away your sadness. All I can really do is send you my condolences.

I read where you said you have lost the rocks in your life. Your dad and then your uncle. I think you are wrong. I doubt they intended to be your strength.....your rocks throughout your life. You see, they taught you, shaped you, groomed you into everything that they were. You are now the rock. You do have the strength to stand on you own. You carry with you their wisdom, compassion, and abilities. I am sure you have already passed much of that on to your daughter. You have been (and will be) her strength until she is ready to stand on her own. YOU are the rock.

I am so sorry. I had a very similar situation happen to me, however my uncle passed in a diabetic enduced coma. All the thoughts and prayers in the world are being sent your way. Your uncle now lives in your heart and memories. :)
