Problems with James Marie Farms

I just wanted to update the situation at James Marie Farm so hopefully it will show up in the Forum closer to the top because I did not find this thread until after I was on my 3rd round of excuses. My experience is pretty much the same as James' so I won't re-type all my complaints. In addition to the problems listed above I basically ran an empty incubator for almost 3 months over the summer because I had no feedback on when my eggs would arrive. Short answer is - Never! I am now 3 months behind in replacing my breeding flock. Some of the previous comments mention how big and busy JMF is, but I believe large or small you need to communicate with your customers. If you are too big to provide adequate customer service then don't accept my small order. I was lucky that I paid through Paypal and was able to recover my money. I ordered the same eggs from MyShire quail farm and had them the following week.
