Pictures of my brand new chicken tunnel!

XtremeRooster this could be the solution for you. Just in case you want to go that route. Found it on the web while I was looking for ideas.

Thank you for the ideas that is really nice. Those chickens must not spend much time in that run. Everywhere I have moved my run to in two weeks time they have every living piece of grass or weed removed to the dirt. Heck they are better lawnmowers than a pack of goats.

If I could figure out how to harness them like sled dogs I would not need a lawnmower or weedeater. LOL

If you could figure that out you could start the best garden service ever! Environmentally friendly and dirt cheap....

I'm sure someone will come up with a way to harness that chicken power! Lol!

Some great ideas.i used to free range my chickens until a fox got them. Now looking for another idea to keep them safe and let them have access to the rest of the garden. I'm gonna draw up some similar plans. This way they can keep off the vegetable patches! This year they kept eating all the strawberries and blueberries! I may try the metal mesh tunnels heading to wooden trellis type areas which can be moved around. I've got lots of trellis left over!
