butchering and dressing out muscovy ducks

Hi, I'm new here and haven't given all my info yet.  I guess I've been a little shy and really feel poultry ignorant.  Anyway, I;m going to dress out 6 muscovy ducks today. ( I can't kill them.  My neighbor has to.  It gives me nightmares, but I have no problem plucking and dressing them. )  My question is how long is it safe to let them hang before dressing them.  I'm probably going to be rather slow, although my daughter came to help me.  My neighbor wants to butcher them all at once.  I'll get them all done today , but just not all at once.  Any help would be greatly appreciated on this subject.

You may want to go to the meat bird thread I think you'll get answers quicker.
