Thank you so much! We are very excited that all the thought research and work going into this coop was recognized. There are a lot of great coops out there and chicken owners who obviously love their girls as much as we do! I really enjoyed seeing everyone's coops and designs. We never would have attempted this project or bought that 1st chick without all the ideas, advice, and inspiration from the members of this site. Thanks again!

Thanks everyone for the votes and congrats to the other winners. I am sure this was tough for the judges because all the pages were packed full of information and tips. Researching the other coop pages was the only way I could come up with the design and features that I included on our coop.
In fact, I will be updating my coop page this week with all the things I learned over the winter and I will be adding tips to avoid some of the pitfalls I encountered during the harsh winter. Hopefully it will help future coop builders.
