Makes sense. Salpingitis (which looks severe and acute) with consequent peritonitis. I don't know whats going on with the gut, it looks weird, too, so that may be related or a separate issue.

This is from a friend's peahen. Inside the "growth" was a needle.

Here is another one that I did for a friend. She sent me a video of her hen gasping for air. I asked her if there was any drainage, eye bubbles or any other sign of respiratory infection and she said no. I told her she could come get some medications from me, but by the time she got ready to leave, the hen had died, so she brought me the deceased hen instead.

The lungs and these tubes were filled with pus.
