Central Indiana Poultry Show 2013

I'm in the same boat, I have some extra birds I'd bring along if only I could be sure someone would want them. In my case, a couple of male BBR Cubalayas, and a couple of male Houdans, all 6 months old, from Urch... Narragansett turkey poults (or at least, not adults yet) 4 and 5 months old, my own hatch; and a pair of blue silkies, the male with some gold in his hackles, descendants of birds I got from Bobbi Porto years ago.

So if anyone does, PM me sometime today so I can be sure to pack them :)

One thing I wish is that the show had had more publicity. I meant to print some catalogs out and post them in local farm stores, but never got around to it, and now it's too late. Outside of the internet and poultry press circulation, one doesn't hear a lot about upcoming poultry shows, and I don't know if it has had much (any?) press exposure. No one round here seems to have heard of it that I've talked to.

Looking forward to this!!

I'm here and have some Call ducks for sale...look for Dulcimyrh Ducks business cards on my sale pens! You can call or text me and I'll come visit with everyone.

I have one extra heritage RIR rooster 25 weeks old. He is not fully grown yet but still high quality. Would anyone be interested in him. I can bring him to the show as long as he has a new home to go to.

My sister is looking for a RIR roo. Do you still have him?

This was a nice show. I bought two grey calls for a friend who couldn't make it. We're coming back to Lebanon to see a play at the Milkhouse.

I seen a few people there and seen the BYC table but no one was ever there when I went by. I had the lonely Blue Slate Turkey in open class

I spoke with you, if you were the one at the turkey cage when the man was telling why the turkey was a female. I was wearing a red jacket when I should have been dressed up like an Eskimo. Lovely Turkey. I went back for a second look when there were less people on the row.

Yup that was me! I wish I would of know what all BYCers were going to be there and I'm having second thoughts about the turkey being females. "shes" starting to strut more and another breeder said Young Tom. I'm so confused on what to think
