my neighbor's wife passed away yesterday
she was my wife's friend and liked our fresh eggs

I remember one time someone at work said to me(trying to motivate me to work harder):



the meaning of life is that life is meaningless; but that doesn't mean anything
 
Life, and therefore it's meaning, is what you make it. We can choose to live a meaningless, unfulfilling life or we can do the opposite... life a full life, accomplish things that are meaningful to ourselves and others, be contributing members of society, treat others well, and at the end feel that your life meant something and made a difference in the lives of others.
 
I'm sorry for your loss.

I honestly don't know how folks go through life without Jesus. That's got to be one of the most depressing things I've heard.
