Her immune system is probably weak. She may be feeling so poorly she has not much appetite, and she is likely nervous.

UPDATE:
She is still under the tree and i dont see her eating much or drinking. She is still unable to walk. But cat have come and eat all tuna. Ok maybe i missunderstand and maybe i m in wrong topic. But my duck is not pekin. My duck is usual domestic duck, mixed with ruan duck.

If you have some good quality cat or dog kibble with good source of protein you can try feeding her some of that over top of good quality feed.

Ok but my duck is domestic and i have 1 mixed Sweden Yellow Duck with Ruan duck, 1 Original Sweden Duck (male, boss of the yard) and 2 Indian Runner Ducks. And all of this ducks just go pass the tuna, so are those ducks eating tuna or no?
I have bought special pellet food that have proteins and vitamins and all other stuff that young ducks require and i put that near her head and she just chew some but nothing in big amounts. I m really afraid that todays day is her last day and that she will not survive the night.

I am sorry that this might be her last day. None of my ducks will eat tuna from a can. they like dog kibble I will give them some as a treat.

Need Help! My muscovy duck is having the same issue she seemed fine two days ago and now today she barley walks. She has been eating and drinking. She is only one year old and three months ago I lost a muscovy to the same condition.
A good duck vet is best.
She may be egg bound, or have egg yolk peritonitis. Egg binding is best treated with anti inflammatories and may need antibiotics. Peritonitis needs antibiotics.
It could also be something else. Fecal tests can sometimes help.

My duck is 5 month more 5 to 6 days he become 5 month but at morning when i was feeding him in cage he was fine and walk properly even i get her out of cage with his partner then he was walking good but automatically she not able to walk she was moving his leg back not able to stand as she not laid egg because she is accurate 5 month and some more days old what is happen answer please
