4 months old, father is Light Brahma, mother is Buff Orpington. Do both of these look like roosters

You'll have to do something. Your hens will be ganged up on and that's pretty horrible. You'll need over 20 hens usually to keep three roosters happy, plus lots and lots of space. Much easier to get rid of roosters.....you can still get more hens just because.

X2 I have two roosters and around 18 or so hens in my layer flock, and even then the favorites still get worn backs.

We kept our older rooster in a separate run for a long time. At 5 1/2 years old, he's a pretty mellow guy now. We can do the same for the boys when it becomes necessary.

One of them starting crowing like crazy over the weekend. Hard to believe the change in just 4 months.

We put together an old coop and added fencing, so the boys have their own space now.

Father and son. Maynard is a 6-year-old Light Brahma; Chauncy is 1-year-old Buff Orpington mix.

We gave away his other son (too much noise and fighting).
