No need to de-worm them until they have spent *several* weeks on the dirt, and then it would be best to have a vet do a fecal float.

Where can you get the medicine to treat them? Not that I have any signs but I do have a mixed flock and would like to have medicine on hand. Also if I wanted to use it as a preventative would I just dose all birds one time?

For worming you need one of these:
Safeguard De-Wormer

Safeguard dose is 0.23ml per pound orally for five days
Valbazen De-Wormer

To treat blackhead you also need metronidazole and probably Baytril.
To find the metronidazole, google Fish-Zole, AquaZole or Meditrich.
