Is this serama or old english game bantam?

i have a few of these type of birds
 
Thats what i was thinking they are very small though. Most all the other oegb i see is alot bigger. Maybe just a gene thing?

It's possible. I had an oegb/serama cross that I hatched, but sadly she got taken by a predator, so I can't exactly help much. The top bird does seem to have quite a sloping back, like a Serama. But about size, my oegb's are quite small, since they are bantams.
 
OEGBs are single combed. I'm not sure what to call the combs on those birds. I suspect they're Old English crossed with something else. Try to lrarn to look at the whole bird.

To me, those combs appear to be poorly dubbed single combs.
