Is this serama or old english game bantam?

No, pea combs are smaller. I'm fairly positive those are poorly dubbed combs. The last picture you posted looks a lot like a Serama. I think they may be an oegb/serama cross. But whatever they are, they sure are eye catching!
 
Silkirsforever, i have raised these guys since they were week old chicks and i can assure you they have never ben dubbed. I remove the whole comb on the roosters i do dub
 
This is a modified pea comb which means there has been a crossing of straight comb and pea comb. My guess is there is about 3/4 sc and 1/4 pc blood in these fowl. I'm very curious as to what the pc blood is
