duck foodz - switching my mallard to mazuri waterfowl maintenance feed

I fed Mazuri to the feral ducks at the lake which were usually fed junk and they went crazy for it and seemed to prefer it over other types of food. I mostly floated it in water or put it along the ground.
 
That is the best food for waterfowl I put food in water that how all their food is best ingested or processed > in water. It is known to enhance feathers and development
 
Have you tried the Mazuri waterfowl poured into the water bowl? At first I didn't realize that you were meant to put it into the water but since I figured that out, my ducks LOVE it, (but they still don't like it if it's served dry).

Right. Part of my fiddling with feed is availability. The feed store that carries Mazuri only carries maintenance, and they are over an hour's drive away, to a part of the state I rarely visit.

And another feed store stopped carrying the feed I was using. Another one closed and moved farther away. It's a moving target.

I just ordered Mazuri breeder feed from Chewy.com.
