Bought this bantam at the feed store, what is it?

got this at an auction when it was a baby. Anyone know breed and sex about 15 weeks now!

I know hatchery quality isnt very good, but it should at least have stubbles. It is not a brahma IMO
 
Well "Alice" finally started to crow. So I figured it was time... I didn't have enough hens for 2 roosters so I bought more hens! Alice is now Alex and he has two golden wyandottes that he loves (even though they are twice his size!)
