Ttracy - WONDERFUL ! FANTASTIC ! I don't even know you but I am proud of what you did. I know it is not easy. I have been trying to "quit" for a year and haven't seceded yet. You are an inspiration. Please post a little more on how you did it and huge CONGRATULATIONS !
