non egg laying hen

I was just curious what would make a hen not lay eggs. We've had her since she was a pullet and maybe laid 3 eggs ever. We love her dearly and don't let on that she's an oddball lol but I was just curious as to what the cause may be.

I had a hen once that laid her first egg aged 8 months and never quite got into it. She must've laid less than 10 eggs in total in all the time I had her. I think that was because she was bit fat... well, quite fat! She was a bit greedy and a bit spoiled. Here are some causes of non-laying:
