Chickens not eating (much) and not laying

I was having troubles with this myself, in Silverton Colorado and spring means snow storms and wind. The ladies we not spending any amount of time outside so it goes to figure they were not laying much. As soon as the weather broke they had a few more hours of light and boom eggs. Me scrap bag has become more dietarily planned. Even started feeding the ladies egg laying crumbles. Thanks for the advice folks.
 
Just received fermented beer grain from a local brewery here in Silverton "avalanche brewing CO," and my girls love it. Their eggs are turning out awesome.
 
My chicken has not lasted an egg in a week or ate and has an egg in her I can feel it she's doing pretty bad any tips
