You are not alone. It has been a bad year for chickens in Michigan. We have lost 4 hens! We have never lost a hen before this. I have a friend who has lost 2.
 
I just cannot WAIT for Spring, and this is coming from a snow lover! The birds just seem so happy when they're able to run through the yard and play. They hate being in the crowded coop on the cold days, and are getting bored with their run.

I was able to let them free range last Wednesday because of the 40 degree and sunny weather we had. They almost forgot what it was like! They loved it!
 
Hey! I am just wondering if anyone ever got any info on this? It saturday after hours so I cannot call until monday. Just thought I'd ask.
