Hypothermia?

Well, it was just one of the areas I noted something unusual. Like I said, I will forward those interested the photos I took. There are 'quite' unusual. And I had also noted that PDF of poultry diseases. I had looked up white pericardium and it came back with kidney disease/failure as a possible causes.

I know simple renal failure doesn't manifest in white liver spots in humans, so I can't imagine it does in chickens.  Why, Kathy, I thought you would be well versed in all the chicken diseases by now, figured you'd know for sure.  ;)

Ha ha ha... Know a little about a few diseases, like the ones I've had to deal with, but stlii learning!

I would like to see the pictures. If it's easier to email them my email address is my BYC user name @gmail.com

And no, I would not have posted those pictures to this site. I have seen many of the inside of an animal, but those were a bit disturbing.

I have not heard anything. Sort of like sitting on pins and needles, waiting to hear anything. I was looking at calling his office and finding out if he had seen the pictures yet. But, for me seeing all of that white in his body was something that I wasn't ready for.
