Easter Egger chick colors? - Page 17

Here's some of my other fun that I have. I have seven chicks the same age. These chicks are the offspring of a lavender Ameraucana rooster and Orpington and Red Sex Link hens. The pic on the left is the chick at 2 days old. The pic on the right is at four weeks old.
The two yellow are the pullets above and the two grey middle and upper left are these.
I sure got some surprises this year. The first two blues were hatched from my EE rooster and black hen. I think the lighter of the two in the bottom two pictures is a rooster, and also the darker blue baby on the first set of pictures. I love my EE surprises!
Updated pictures of the EE's the blue's are 13 weeks now, got a rooster and pullet.
Three left of the original 5 at 16 weeks. I had to get rid of Russell Crowe, he was aggressive and mean, he was so pretty though, and I sold the chipmunk. These were the black chick (biggest surprise), and the other two yellow with blue/charcoal down the middle, a light one and a dark one.

This looks kinda like one of your chicks..
Here's one I call "Varigated" She hatched 5/22/15. The rooster was a Lavender Ameraucana. The hen was an Orpington or a Red Sex Link.
She's obviously the variegated one in the middle...
Here she is (the only variegated one in the middle) one of the Red Sex Links or Orpingtons is her mom.
She's next to her "sister" Platinum. (Yes, I get really original on the names, huh?)
Here's her dad
Oh, and here's my favorite picture of her and all her "siblings" May, 2015
The second picture (me holding her) is at 4 weeks. The third picture (me holding her again) is about 10.5 weeks. She kept most of the coloring she had at 10.5 weeks. She lays a very pretty light green egg. It is just a medium egg, but she is a loyal layer and lays about five eggs per week (even through winter.) But I do use Christmas twinkle lights that come on in the coop at about 2am to make sure they get enough light to lay. It was a very mild winter for us in Ohio.
