Not at all confusing, sounds interesting.The 2 females are pied (look like mini pomes)
The father of the pieds is a greylag and the mother is an embden.
The gander that is breeding with one pied is a pure embden.
And the gander mating with my other pied is a EmbdenXToulouseChinese

My book says : "Ehrlein, a Steinbacher breeder from the former East Germany, also reported that, even now, crosses between knobbed geese and Pomeranians, Diepholz or Czech geese will produce first-generation progeny strongly reminiscent of the Steinbacher." It also states that the blue was most likely introduced through use of the Chinese.
Well, all the breeds we have started with either the Greylag or the Swan goose, most likely, so....it´s interesting to see what´s around, and also the mixes of the two main ancestors.
