I do the double sandwich bags, too, and place them upright in a small yogurt container with the probe nestled down inside. That way if they do leak for some reason, it is contained. Though I did lose one probe because it was soaked...

LOL pink duct tape! I didnt know they had anything but that grey stuff until I walked through Bass Pro the other day and they had, get this now, camo duct tape... I aint never seen the like! That was like discoverin fire to me!
