I have been having a lot of trouble for awhile with my RCom 20 and keeping humidity. It constantly says that the water is empty, even though i just put water in. It has a brand new humidity pad, and i have taken the whole incubator apart and cleaned it thoroughly, i checked the rubber tube to make sure it wasn't clogged, and it wasn't. i am thinking i need to replace the humidity unit. i have the 2007 model. does anybody have any imput? maybe somebody has had the same problem? and also, if anybody knows where i can buy a replacement humidity unit for the 2007 model that would help as well! thanks!
