I find it very difficult to find local eggs/chicks on this forum so I'm starting this thread for everyone in Colorado to post what they have so local buyers can find it easier. This will work similar to the Crazy Auction BIN thread. Sellers post your ad, buyers quote the ad you want to buy and say that it is sold to you. You might also want to PM the seller since responses can get lost in threads like this.

I'm so glad you thought to do this! I've been wishing the exact same thing; more Colorado listings! I will hopefully have eggs later this year. I'm into orpingtons (splash, mottled, red and chocolate so far; jubilee and gold laced to come hopefully!). I also have a few olandsk dwarf and a frizzled Tolbunt roo. Chickens rock! :) I will go subscribe, thanks. -Cindy, metro Denver

"We hold a Chicken Swap every first Saturday of the month, i.e. 12 months a year. They are held in the in the parking lot of Earthdog Denver, 370 Kalamath Street, Denver, Colorado. "

We are there nearly every month starting in May but I haven't seen any hatching eggs there. It's a great place to meet to conduct business though!
We will be there this month with some chicks to sell.

Is there a fee to sell like the one in Brighton?
