Xylophone will be 5 weeks old tomorrow and her wing feathers are just coming in. I noticed yesterday that she wasn't folding them under. They are still in the plastic feeling casing. This is my first goose experience so I don't know what's normal. Does this look normal or should I be wrapping it to correct angel wing? I switched to adult feed a few days ago but am afraid I waited too long.

They could be stiff primaries or early start of angelwing.

Goslings raised indoors on high grain diet without enough direct sunshine are prone to developmental issues. They really need to be outside with a diet of mostly grass to insure good health.

She spends about 5 hours outdoors, and have been giving her fodder from red wheat, barley, and oats, and a ton of store bought kale, romaine, turnip greens, and others I find at the grocery. I've read tons about raising geese indoors successfully and I'll do whatever it takes to make her as healthy as possible. The little feather buds are indeed really stiff. How long before I can tell if it's going to be an issue or not?
