I thawed four legs with the thighs attached. Marinated in soy sauce, garlic salt and a little rice vinegar. Put fresh rosemary in and on while cooking. We cooked it in our Traeger. It is a fancy bar b que. It was so good. I am so glad that we can now raise our own food and survive. Now I can hatch again. Raise me up some meat birds!!!

Awesome! So glad your first cook went so well. They were having a Traeger demo the other day where DH works, nice grills!
