Linda, she said it was capicolla. Is that what you said ? I never heard of it before. Never seen it for sale .
My new foster dog kept me up for a bit last night.... I don't feel sleepy, but I can't talk or think straight.
I'm in the same boat. I need to figure out how to build breed pens without DH noticing...
LOL!!
I also have another problem. The roof of my coop is caving in more and more by the year, and will collapse eventually, thanks to a tree that fell on it. I reinforced the worst beam with a 2 x 4, but I don't know that it would hold a person. I won't even mention the other problems.... So if I keep my numbers low, temporary housing will be easier to come by if a disaster happens.
