well, bud, to be honest with sausage, it's always a short dive......
You can re-heat the liverwurst. I like it warm (micro or boiling water) then remover casing and eat like a hotdog. or you can slice it cold and use it as sandwich meat or on a cracker.
The country style I would boil and then serve with eggs and toast. OR you can cut it in half and lightly fry with onions and peppers put on a bun like an Italian sausage roll.
just DO NOT do that to often or your going to have a mess
