It's going to be pretty easy though.
my wife is the events coordinator for the restrauant. Makes discussions on menus and stuff pretty easy. One of the first off site functions I did was a rehearsal for 150. Out of their kitchen. Lol. It was a pretty nice kitchen admittedly tho, still kind of rough, they certainly weren't hurting. We have a dozen or so catered events set up for this summer, hoping to add a few more to it.
