Crested Duckling got picked on today!!!

So far so good with the weaning. I haven't seen her lean or walk in circles, she seems back to normal. Every now and the Qwackers, Indie and Raj will talk back and forth, but they don't seem stressed out being separated. Qwackers gets lots of attention being in the family room, she seems to enjoy it.

That's good, and having her mom and dad close by I'm sure helps. Hoping the worst is over now and she'll have a normal duck life from here out

Qwackers head is healing nicely. I let her swim in the tub tonight. It wasn't the same without Indie and Raj but she still had a good time and got cleaned up:-D

Qwackers head healed beautifully. All of the ducks are now in their outside houses and runs, with a divider separating Qwackers from Indie and Raj (the pickers). Qwackers is now bigger than both of her adopted siblings and I am considering removing the divider and letting them have one large run and sharing the larger duck (dog) house. I have a medium size duck (dog) house for Qwackers but she does not use it. The last few days have been rainy and one night it was down in the 40's, she wouldn't go in the house. Indie and Raj are using their house, so if I take the divider down I know that Qwacks will sleep in the house with them and will be protected from the elements.

So, what are the chances that she will get picked on again? I have let them spend days together without incident, but I put them back in their own areas at night. They spend almost 100% of their time next to each other even though the divider is there. I just hate that Qwackers is laying out on the ground at night and the other 2 are snuggled in their house.

So they've been together full time for 4 days and Qwackers is missing crest feathers again

There are a few of Indies feathers lying around as well. Her crest doesn't look anywhere near as bad as last time, no bleeding, but she does have a small bald spot again.

The divider is still up, I just left the door open so that they could go from one side to the other. I took out the medium duck house from one side and put in their pool hoping that they'd all get along and I could remove the divider.

They all eat, drink, swim etc...together and I haven't observed any of them picking on each other. On one hand I want to divide them up again, but on the other I think that this is just normal duck behavior and they'll work it out. I wish there was a special helmet that I could get to protect Qwackers little head
