I am so jealous of you all with your bushels of peaches!!!  Around here I have to ration them out...   Okay, all you urban dictionary people, I could go all kinds of funny places with this tongue  However, as this is a family forum, cool

Busy with three kids, three dogs, a garden overrun with aphids and some chickens:  1 Easter Egger(Nutmeg), 1 Turken(Chick-a-Saurus-Pex), 1 Hamburg(Purdee), 1 Minorca (Cayenne) and 2 Polish (Butter and Flour), and 4 new chicks in the brooder!!  I also have a freezer full of home raised Cornish X.

ETA: I saw them live many times in Seattle and lots of people brought their kids to the shows.  I consider them fairly family oriented, though it was funny seeing kids & their parents singing the 'Kitty at My Foot' song together!

I have to agree, in this case.  This isn't Led Zepplin's  "Lemon Song."  This is actually a song about FRUIT.  It goes along with all their other music.  If you're looking for negative or unpleasant connotations, you can pretty much find them anywhere.

I'm not sure that's what they meant when they wrote the song. One of the members wrote the song while he was sitting in front of a girl's house. He had a crush on her and wanted to tell her, so he sat under her peach tree to wait for her. He thought of the chorus then.
BTW, he never did tell her about his crush!
