Is there any way to find out beforehand what kinds of chicks or chickens will be available to buy at the show?

If you are looking for something particular, you might post about it here and if someone has what you are looking for they may presell to you. I know I have a handful of chicks to sell, but I am only bringing them if I know someone wants them.

We never know what people will show up with. There's no way to inform the show committee. We only know if people have rented sale cages, not what they're putting in them.

The best way to get the birds you want is to contact breeders beforehand, and to arrange to meet them at the shows. That's how I get a lot of my birds.
 
In all the excitement, I lost the name of the lovely woman who sold me my Garlic & Enderchicken (Silkies). I am posting in great hopes someone knows who was there selling silkies that weekend.

I bought my Roo from Linda Quattrone, so I know it wasn't her....Anyone know who else was selling silkies on May 17?
