sores on knees of 3months old cockeral

Hey guys! My other pullet has been affected too. He has other symptoms likepuffy eyelid and head. I think its mycoplasmosis and showing different symptoms in my two pullets.
I gave my first cockeral tetracycline for three days but he didnt improve much so i put him on penicillin.
I don't know what to do with this pullet of mine. Shall i give her penicillin or tetracyline? I have heard that penicillin is not effective incase of myco..is it true??
Any home remedy for it? My mother told me to feed them garlic :s

I really believe you may be dealing with mycoplasma synoviae or synovitis (MS) because of the leg swelling in the hocks of one and the respiratory symptoms of the other. The best treatment would be Tylan50 shots 1/2 ml daily into the breast muscle for 5 days, Gallimycin, oxytetracycline, or tetracycline. This is a chronic infection (if they have it) and I would probably get a chicken tested by your state vet or Dept. of Agriculture (link below.) The sore on the crop may be the chest blister described in the link that I am posting again here:

Hey guys..i am in desperate need of your help. The other cockeral who had sores is recovering now and started eating in his own.
But this pullet of mine has stopped eating and drinking and having greenish watery poop. Her body temp is raised. I have been hand feeding her and giving her tetracycline but there isnt any improvement. Pls help!!

Good to hear about your little cockerel recovering from the sores just keep feeding him
and taking care of him the same way and when he is in good health get him some Turkey
grew with 20% or better protein to maintain his vaguer

Now your other pullet can she eat mashed up hard boiled egg's if so give her some and
due to her being of good size let her eat several a day for a week and see how much of
a difference this makes if any at all

Sad news my pullet died after fighting the battle for 8days. :(

Although i have lost all my hopes but could anyone help what disease he is probably having now?
