How long can an egg go "cold" for and it still be viable?

I have a broody Snowy Mallard. She spent two nights on her own eggs (15 of them) and seemed serious so I switched her eggs out for 7 of my other fertile duck eggs and left her one of her own.

Now I have another broody duck. I want to give her some of the Snowy Mallard's eggs that have been sitting in the house for 24 hours. Do you think it's worth it?

I have a similar question, only with geese.

My African goose is laying, and some days she sits and sits, some days she does not, and I have no idea if she is sitting at night. Temps have not been freezing, but still cold.

Will her eggs be viable to incubate?
