Worried about 5 day old chick

I got some 2-3 day old chicks on Tuesday. All has been great. 10 are growing, running about, eating, drinking and doing what chicks should do. One (a lavender orpington) is hanging out under the warmer much more, barely eating and I can now tell she is not growing at the same rate as the others. She definitely has much lower energy than the others (probably because she is not eating as much)They are starting to barge her around (not a good sign). Any suggestions? Should I isolate her? Give her additional food (scrambled egg or yogurt?) Any other suggestions?

I should add they are eating organic chick starter, they have been vaccinated and they have unlimited access to food and water (right now both a nipple waterer and the other kind.) The warmer is a 20 chick Brinsea and they are in a cardboard box brooder with puppy pads over shavings in a large wood Tuff shed.

She was small to begin with and now she is about the same size as the 2 bantam chicks I got and the others are larger.

Urgh she is so pretty and sweetI really don't want to loose her.
 
I bet she will be fine. My lavender orpington was the exact same way. It took her weeks to catch up to the others her same age. Now she is 7 weeks old. I think they just grow slower than the others.
 
Thanks, I hope so. She is so passive that the other chicks literally walk all over her. I just sat at the brooder and made sure she could eat until she was full without being jumped on. She is such a sweetheart I really hope she perks up.

I think she also may be younger than the others. Some seem a few days older and are much more boisterous.
 
Do you have some probiotic or electrolyte stuff for her water? That could help. Or applesauce. When my lavender got sick once I have her applesauce and within an hour she was back to her old self.
 
one of my new blue orpingtons is a bit smaller and slower, but they have alot of space and can all move around well, without bumping into her. almost a week later, they are all holding their own, including the small girl. she eats well, drinks and sleeps and has just begun to flap and play with the others. it took her a few days to become active. now i think she will be fine. i hope yours keeps progressing!
 
whenever I have a chicken or a baby that seem low on energy or is listless I give them some apple juice and also crush up some grapes and tomatoes for them to eat. That always gives them a pick me up.
 
Thanks for all the advice. Sadly I think she is not going to last the night. There is lots of space in the brooder, the chicks have access to 2 feeders, 3 water sources. I have given her probiotics, electrolytes, applesauce, offered finely chopped egg, yogurt as well as regular chick starter. She will only drink if I dip her beak in the water and she will barely eat. At one point this afternoon when I checked on her she was lying on her side with one leg in the air under the heat source. She can barely stand up and when she dos she tips over on her face. She is such a sweetheart, but she has not grown in 4 days and I really think there may be an issue going on that I cannot do anything about. All the other 10 chicks are doing great and growing like gangbusters.

I'll update tomorrow morning and if she is still with us I'll continue to offer yummy food options.
 
Sadly she did die last night. My remaining 10 are all doing great and growing fast.
