Awe, they are adorable. My two adults don't like being touched/picked up but we didn't have them as babies. We are ordering in some WH ducklings so I'll let you know how that goes =)

OH so cute ! my daughter begged me for ducks. We got 7 chickens and to make her happy she got a silkie. We are starting up our garden and there are so many slugs. the baby chicks try their best but... they are not even trying to pick at them anymore

I took my ducklings out for short periods of time once it got to be 50 degrees out. Usually just long enough to clean the brooder. I made sure to get them back under their lamp after they had done fun. I figure mom would normally have them out and about for short stretches.
