Seeking JMF lines: Roux, A&M, Jumbo hatching eggs (WA state or ship)

I have tried to contact them at James Marie with no luck, and was really hoping to start with the best possible stock, as everyone I've spoken to points to JMF.

Is there any kind souls here who could help me get started, someone who works with JMF birds? I've worked with some local sourced quail for just about a year now so I can gain some experience with them, but my birds are a hodgpodge mix of what I could find from a few people in my area, and now would love to find some nice big stock birds/eggs to get serious with. My main goal is nice big healthy meat birds.

I am looking for primarily Jumbo A&M, Jumbo browns, and a few big roux to get me started. If you are in WA state, or willing/able to ship to WA state, please send me a message. Thank you everyone for looking!

I would suggest trying JMF again. There must have been a mis-communication because most of us around here use JMF. It will be worth far more than the eggs to you, to have even a short conversation with Robby, who runs JMF. The man knows more about coturnix than any one person should even be able to fit in a skull.
 
Ya... keep trying and leave a message... they stay bust there supplying quail to resauants across the US... selling quail isnt their primary money maker... they do it when they can... well worth just to keep trying. Youll get ahold of him... before noon usually seems best when ive talked to him.

haha! I second that! I also tried for about 2 months with phone messages and emails with out response. I just happened to catch Robby on a whim one morning that resulted in a shipment of eggs and a 45 min conversation that educated me beyond what I learned from this site and any printed material I have found. The eggs were in great shape and boxed well. I just hope I don't screw them up in incubation!

I think JMF has had an overwhelming season with orders and other situations, but keep trying- it will be worth it.
 
I have been fortunate enough to talk to Robby a few times. A few weeks ago I wanted to order some eggs and I had to leave a message for him, and he DID call me back, at 9:15pm EST. He had been working since 4:30am but still wanted to return my call. He then proceeded to talk to me for an hour and 15 minutes knowing that he still had eggs to go in the incubator that night. I have a lot of respect for a man who takes that much time in his customer service. I learn more in the conversations with him than I do in all the research I have ever done on the internet. He is a very busy man, and selling eggs is not the bulk of his business. Try and try again, eventually you will catch him, or leave a message or 2. I was lucky to get in and get 200 eggs ordered but won't be here for another couple weeks. I can't wait - these will be my first JMF eggs!
 
Thank you everyone! Guess who called me yesterday? :) They had just been busy as everyone suggested, plus the email account had been wiped out so messages had been lost, and they were trying to play catch up on the phone messages. Have it all sorted out now, thank you!
 
Robby at JMF is the Best I have learned so much and instantly thought WOW
he is an amazing person and is a great person to have on your side .
I have purchased quail from others who leave you Hanging Robby Does not do that he actually goes out of his way to help you Succseed in Raised Quail .


you have to try so many of us calling robby its many times over whelming for him to do all he does hes got to be more then one person and Barely gets sleep when he does its a good thing,


All i can say is hes Great and Sorry i wont tell ya when i call Cause i need that time to be open for me LOL
