I happened across this recipe for Cakesicles.... cake like a lollipop, neat idea. This could also work for dipping in an icing that hardens like Italian Wedding Cooking icing. http://www.yumsugar.com/994703 --Click on 'these cakesicles' for the recipe. Yum

I often baked cake in icecreamcone cups (the ones with flat bottoms... ice with a couple of different flavors and colors and take along a couple of different toppings for the kids to dip them into to decorate >>>>is a great treat to share at your childrens school (or party)
